NDH47 Hot Milk Tornado!

Thanks to everyone who came last night to see the rather wonderful double act of ‘Hot Milk Tornado’ - aka Rebecca Lenkiewicz and John Maclean, who regaled us with some searingly honest and very funny tales of production in sunny Almeria and freezing hillsides in Scotland. Most fascinating of all though, they were generous enough to give some really deep insights into the detail of their directing styles - finding the energy, talking to actors, influences on their projects (Fear Eats the Soul vs Bresson) and working with DOPs, high and low moments, the lot. We had a fab audience full and some great conversations after - it felt like a reunion for some lovely reason. What a great night - thanks to Chris Blaine and @Holly Miller for the support, and again to Rebecca & John!
