No Direction Home is the informal director’s community.
We meet every couple of months in Soho (in a pub).
Directors don’t speak to each other as often as they should,
but non-tiered networking can be off-putting so NDH is invitation-only
to ensure experience levels.
We’ve found that giving information and experiences away to others
has real world benefits that can’t be defined by immediate financial gain.
This is why NDH promotes the idea of free information exchange - so it’s free!
The entry requirement is openess & sharing.
Every 2 months we have great speakers and guest director interviews
over a beer. Everyone gets to meet. Our directors are from across all
disciplines – music video, feature doc, drama & commercial.
We love running NDH - we hope you might like to come along.
If you do, send us a short bio via the Contacts page.
"A night out with NDH is to be highly recommended - such a lovely
community of bright, focused and working directors. Sign up, attend and enjoy.”

“Went to ‘No Direction Home’ #9 the other night. It was a fun evening,
featuring Matt’s insightful interview with producer Richard Holmes, and some
good craft beer. Outside of DGA and DUK meetings this is the only other
venue I knew of where directors can get together and hang out.”
